 Biography
Dr. Liu was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. She went to college at Stanford University before completing her MD and PhD at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She then stayed at Johns Hopkins for her residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Liu practices the full breadth of otolaryngology and provides care to both adult and pediatric patients. Her practice focuses on the medical and surgical management of hearing loss, sinus disease, nasal obstruction, obstructive sleep apnea, thyroid disease, and salivary gland disease. She has a particular interest in cochlear implantation and minimally invasive endoscopic surgical approaches for treatment of diseases of the middle ear and eardrum.
