Biography
Dr. Cheng is a native of central Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with dual majors in Neuroscience and Psychology. He completed his medical training at Temple University in 2009. He then completed his otolaryngology/head and neck surgery training at the George Washington University in 2014. During his training, he learned advanced techniques in head and neck cancer management and gained extensive pediatric ENT experience at Children’s National Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has been honored as one of Northern Virginia Magazine's Top Doctors every year since 2016. He enjoys treating both kids and adults in the full range of ear, nose and throat disorders.
Dr. Cheng lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife Evelyn, a general dentist. He enjoys traveling, cooking with his wife, playing basketball, and mountain biking. He’s an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.
