 Biography
Laura M. Dominguez, MD is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in voice care. She is one of few laryngologists in DFW, meaning specialty training in voice and swallow issues.
 
Dr Dominguez offers in-office voice treatments for hoarse voice, like treatment of vocal cord paralysis, botox injection for spasmodic dysphonia or other overactive larynx issues, and has a special interest in chronic cough.
After graduating from Rice University, she attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. There she found her passion for treating ENT disorders. She completed residency at VCU in Richmond, VA before returning to UT San Antonio for fellowship training in Laryngology. She then joined the faculty as a laryngologist at UT where she spent 5 years treating patients and training resident physicians and fellows.  She has numerous publications and maintains an active presence in the American Academy of Otolaryngology. After 4 years at Cleveland Clinic in south Florida she decided to return to Texas to join ENT Southlake.
